Observance of Kashmir Black Day at University of Shangla- 27th October 2025
In compliance with the directives of the Ministry of Kashmir Affairs & Gilgit-Baltistan and the Higher Education Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir Black Day was observed with solemnity and commitment at the University of Shangla on 27th October 2025.
To commemorate the day, various activities were organized, including one-minute silence, debate and speech competitions, and the display of banners across the campus to express solidarity with the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
A walk session was also held at the University’s Main Block, led by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Sardar Khan (TI). Administrative staff, faculty members, and students actively participated in the walk, reaffirming their support for the struggle of the Kashmiri people for their right to self-determination.
At the conclusion of the event, the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Sardar Khan (TI), expressed his appreciation to all participants for their active involvement and commitment to the observance of Kashmir Black Day.
