The E-Khuli Kacheri was held under the leadership of the Honorable Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Sardar Khan (Tamgha-e-Imtiaz). During the session, students, faculty members, and members of the public participated through online calls and presented their complaints, queries, suggestions, and concerns regarding various academic, administrative, and campus-related matters.

Students particularly raised concerns regarding the Technical College building, stating that its handover to the University had been committed for the first week of September 2026. However, the building has still not been handed over to the University. The students highlighted that the delay is creating a serious shortage of classroom and academic space, causing difficulties in accommodating classes and meeting the growing academic requirements of the University.

The participants also raised concerns regarding electricity supply and power-related issues at the University, particularly the difficulties faced by students during their studies. The issue was highlighted as being especially challenging for hostelized students, who require a reliable electricity supply for their academic activities, study, and routine needs.

The Honorable Vice Chancellor listened attentively to the participants, noted their questions and concerns, and provided responses and guidance on the issues raised. He assured the participants that their genuine concerns would be taken up with the relevant university offices and concerned authorities for appropriate resolution.

The initiative reflects the University of Shangla’s commitment to transparency, accountability, accessibility, and prompt resolution of the issues faced by students and other stakeholders.

At the end of the khule kacheri session, the Honorable Vice Chancellor thanked and appreciated all the students, faculty members, and public for their active participation, valuable suggestions, and constructive feedback. He reiterated the University’s commitment to providing an accessible platform for addressing the concerns and suggestions of its stakeholders.
