Dear Applicants
(Advertisement No. UoSH/R/2026/02) Please carefully read the following instructions regarding the quantification and scrutiny process: 1. Please see your quantification and score calculated as per the Statutes of the University of Shangla 2025. The candidate may submit an appeal against the decision of the Scrutiny and Quantification Committee to the Vice-Chancellor within fifteen (15) days of the decision so communicated. The Appellate Committee shall consider and decide the appeals against the decision of the Scrutiny and Quantification Committee. 2. You can submit your appeal via email to pstovc@ushangla.edu.pk or vc@ushangla.edu.pk . Where required, hard copies of the relevant documents, either original or duly attested, may also be submitted by hand. 3. The candidate should also complete the required documents, accordingly, as mentioned against their respective names. 4. The candidates who exceed the prescribed upper age limit may apply for age relaxation in accordance with the University Age Relaxation Rules 2026, subject to the applicable rules and eligibility criteria. 5. The last date for appeal submission and document submission is November 09, 2026. Candidates are advised to ensure that all submissions are completed by the stipulated deadline. All applicants are advised to comply with these instructions within the specified timeframe.
