During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on the recruitment of teaching and supporting staff at the University of Shangla. Prof. Dr. Sardar Khan briefed the Honourable Minister on the rapid institutional development of the University of Shangla since its establishment, including the launch of new academic programs, strengthening of faculty structure, improvement in governance, and enhancement of student services.

He emphasized that despite limited resources, the University of Shangla has made significant progress in academic planning, quality assurance, and enrollment growth, and that adequate human resource support is essential to sustain and further accelerate this progress.

The Honourable Minister appreciated the Vice Chancellor’s leadership and assured his full support for strengthening the University of Shangla in line with the government’s vision for higher education development.
