Students of the University of Shangla participated in the NEXUS Pakistan Tech Festival 2026, held at Hazara University on 20–21 May 2026. The event was organized by the Directorate of Youth Affairs, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in collaboration with Hazara University and the District Youth Office Mansehra.

The festival served as a youth-focused platform aimed at promoting technology, innovation, and skill development by connecting students with industry professionals, mentors, and real-world opportunities. Participants attended technical sessions, career clinics, innovation labs, startup showcases, hands-on workshops, and interactive discussions on digital skills, entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies.

Through these activities, students from the University of Shangla gained valuable exposure to modern technological trends, career development pathways, leadership, and entrepreneurship. The event also enhanced their communication, networking, and professional skills through interaction with students and experts from various institutions.
