The 5th Finance and Planning Committee (F&PC) Meeting of the University of Shangla was held on July 12, 2026, at Islamia College University Peshawar. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Dr. Sardar Khan (TI), Honorable Vice Chancellor, University of Shangla, who also serves as the Convener of the Committee.

During the meeting, the Committee deliberated on a number of important financial, administrative, and academic agenda items. Key discussions included the Budget Estimates for the Financial Year 2026-27, the approval of the Financial Rules of the University of Shangla, and other administrative and academic matters for recommendation to the 8th Syndicate of the University.
